Been a WHile

Well it has been a while since i have posted anything on here. So whats new with my life? A Lot!!! We are now in 2010. DANG!! where has the time gone.So much happened last year. I got my promotion at work and should be getting another in in the next few months. My family was able to come for thanksgiving. That was a great visit. I Just love my family. My little girl turned 3 years old! WOW I cant believe she is three.I feel like it was just yesterday that i had her. Matt and I also bought a house. Which now brings me to the subject of Matt and I. We have decided to get a divorce. I have moved out and gotten my own apartment now and he is going to be keeping the house. Matt and I have remained friends and have noticed that we are both happier now that we aren't living together and just seeing each other once and a while as friends hanging out. Mackenzie has taken to it ok i guess. The first week she new something was going on and decided she was going to act up more then normal. but she is getting used to it now and is going back to normal. She stays with her dad on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and his parents have her on Fridays. The rest of the time she is with me. I know that this years things are going to be a fresh start for Matt and I. We will be starting our divorce process here soon and get that done. Once that is done we will be able to relax and not worry about a thing. I plan on still living here in Oklahoma so that way Mackenzie can still be with her dad. But anyways.
So for this new years I have a couple goals I want to work on. First i want to start going back to the gym. I really need to get back to the gym and get into shape. I went bike riding the other day and figured out i was way out of shape! I am also planning on going on a healthy diet! I have about 10lbs i want to loose! WEll ok thats is all I'm going to share for now. Hope everyone had a safe and fun new year.

Mackenzie on fourth of July and the cake i make for fourth of july!

Well it has been a while since I have been on here and done anything. So here is a little update on us. We Just recently bought a house! YAY US!!!! It is the cutest house ever. Not to big. Its perfect for us. ITs a 3 bedroom 2 bath. I LOVE my master bath! It is HUGE! And i have a WALK IN closet!!!! YAY me! I have most of the closet and let Matt have one rack for his hang up clothes! Mackenzie room is probably the only room that is completely finished. lol But it looks super cute!!! My Kitchen has been completely remodeled by the previous owners. They did a great job! All new granite counter tops and new appliances. Our living room was this really ugly yellow color but now its an off white color with a maroon accent wall where we have our family pictures hanging up. We have some great neighbors. The girl across the street is a freshmen in high school and she just loves kenzie and comes over all the time to play with her. Matt and mackenzie have a lot of fun with eachother. its so cute to watch them read books together and play.


Work wise, I got a promotion! YAY ME!!!! I am now the SSS which stands for Sales Services & Sales! Pretty much i get to do Personal banking work now and teller work! I love being on the PB side! I get to interact with people one on one. Its great. The loast week of October i will be in tulsa For my training. So that will be fun. I now do off site activities. I've done 2 so far and they have been alot of fun. I Love my job. I finally found a job that im really good at and can stand. Now if only i can just be a PB full time instead of still have to be a teller too. I hate dealing with the cash. It makes my hands so dirty and dry!
Matt is doing great. He is a full time student. He has about 2 years left till he graduates. When he graduates who knows where we will end up.
Um what else? Well i don't know what else to say right now. so i guess that's it. Here are some recent pictures so enjoy.

Mormon Tabernacle Choir!

The other day I had the privilege of being able to watch the tabernacle choir in person! They were in Norman Oklahoma for a tour! They were amazing!!!!

Almost done!

So I've almost been in Cali a whole month! Therefore my vacation is almost over! How sad is that! But it's been a great trip! I've been able to be with my hubby that I haven't really seen much of in the last YEAR!!!!!! So that has been nice! I am excited to be going back home to Oklahoma for a few different reasons! First reason: My boss said if i do not report to work on the 1st I will not have a job to come back to! There fore I am leaving here on the 29th and reporting to work the 30th! Second reason: I will be in my house and not a ONE bedroom apartment! Try having a 2 year old in a one bedroom apartment with not much to do! You and the 2 year old will go crazy! Third reason: Get back to a normal life! No crazy drama or whatever! Fourth reason: Start exercising with Nadia 3 times a week hopefully! I'm hoping Donna will join us but with her living in OKC and us in Norman it might not happen very often!
